(A) 1995 – Developed and patented wireless data transfer alongside AT&T, licensed tovalues.com, received $5M I.P.O funding.
(B) Combined HVAC technology with wireless technology. Hired two engineers to design our rollout minimal viable thermostat adapter, developed operating code, searched component suppliers.
(C) Invented (tech supporter) wireless remote start device, with built-in analyzer for HVAC technicians. Located circuit board manufacturing to send R.F.Q’s.
(D) Built working prototype. Built and completed operating programming of server.Successfully tested wireless operating system between wireless prototype thermostat and server. Engaged patent attorney 2019.
(E) Designed various wiring diagrams to connect with a HVAC System. Proto-type has been tested and operating for 2 years successfully. Contacted major wholesalers for distribution. Contacted local utility to present our products and its solution at trade shows. Filed for patents.
(F) Prepared website and completed business plan. Filed for and received patent from U.S. Patent Office. Utility patent number #11,268,730 B2.
(G) Revised business model to reflect a subscription-based revenue stream business for residential and commercial customers. Revisited technical improvements and revised plan target audience to include hotel, motel properties, and other transient properties. Re-checked and modified our cost of operation, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, 5-year sales projections, gross sales, cost of operation, all other related costs to net profit.
