We’re the world’s first fee-based subscription company that plans to offer residential and commercial customers thermostats, which will operate exclusively on our A.I cloud server systems. We’ve chosen this business model to create a long term recurring relationship with access to billions of customers worldwide. Our unique business model offers our technologically advanced energy-saving thermostats for (FREE) making it more appealing to hesitant customers who can’t afford hundreds of dollars to upgrade to energy saving thermostats. Our plan is a back-door approach and offer our technologies to 30,000 power utilities having billion of customers for free while helping the utilities conform to reducing the CO2 they create. The incentive for people is our program has a full lifetime warranty on all our devices. The largest incentive to our customers is rebates for customers who couldn’t reach a minimally expected 10% energy savings, operating their systems with our power saving guidelines. Comparisons will be made of customers previous years power consumption on the anniversary of sign-up of each recurring year, determining if a rebate is warranted. Rebates will be calculated in terms of KW electric, Therms of Gas, B.T.U per/hr. Run times of customers systems settings are stored on our system servers to inform customers on how well they’re saving energy.
