We stumbled across the hospitality industry, discovering there were 15 million hotel rooms worldwide with at an average 65% occupancy annually. With this said surprisingly enough at a 65% occupancy it’s valuable to know there’s more than 4 million new hotel rooms being built in the industries pipe line and soon to be available.
So in suite we decided to put our best efforts towards engineering a solution in saving energy waste during a hotels 35% unoccupied periods. It’s a fact that Hoteliers spend a whopping 40% of their operating budget in which a majority of cost is for electricity used to power HVAC systems.
The opportunity excited our CobraBms team to designing our energy saving solutions system to operate in tandem with the world’s first C.R.S (central reservation system) by applying our patented/patent pending technology. We’re creating a new modern C.R.S system for hospitality business who can implement our technology in saving energy during occupied / unoccupied / un-reserved periods.
