Frank has completed many successful engineering designs during his career. In 1991, he developed the first medical microscopic data report imaging system using color scanners and printers. In 1993, Frank developed a sophisticated NI-CAD battery intelligent charging system optimized for energy storage. In 1995, Frank and Mr. Helbling worked together as pioneers alongside AT&T from 1995 until 1999, developing wireless data delivery protocols. In 2004, he developed the composition authorization for a 3-tier cloud-based IT maintenance control network with remote maintenance and administration. Frankly, in 2014, he completed a single-chip micro VPN network appliance with remote configuration. Frank joined the Cobra development team in 2016 as an irreplaceable team member and has been instrumental in developing Cobra’s efficient cloud-based operating system. His vast experience of wireless technology, combined with Mr. Helbling 54-years experience with Hvac, makes the Cobra team complete in delivering new innovative products to the world.
