With over 35 years of experience in sales, operations, and management, he brings a strong background and proven leadership to our team. Having worked with such industry leaders as Lennox Industries, Trane, Johnson Controls, and Mitsubishi, his industry experience makes him a natural fit.
Richard started in the industry, working in the family business and learning the trade from the ground up. Upon graduating from college with a bachelor in business administration, he took on a role as an account manager for Lennox and quickly moved up the corporate ladder. He has held numerous positions throughout his career, from account manager to sales manager to director of sales.
Richard is married with three children and resides in the metropolitan New York area. In his free time, he enjoys bicycling, spending time in the gym, and playing the drums.
The company’s future depends in part on its ability to adapt to changes and manage growth. Cobra B.M.S. Technology must continue to improve its operational, management information, and financial control systems and continue to attract, train, motivate, manage, and retain key employees. The company currently has a staff of six calibrators and a number of recruitment prospects. The company intends to hire the entire operations staff once sufficient funding is obtained. Cobra expects to hire a number of marketing and administrative employees.
